Trades: collect a useful enquiry without promising a visit
Many repair jobs need assessment before a reliable time or price can be offered.

Describe the work you accept
State the service area, types of work and contact details only when verified. Use quote pricing for work that needs assessment. Avoid inventing availability or implying emergency dispatch support.
Ask for a short description
Start with the adult customer’s name, email and a message about the job. Explain what happens after submission. A saved enquiry does not confirm an attendance time, an emergency response or a fixed quote.
Track the next decision
Review the enquiry, add an internal note and move it to In progress. Use Awaiting customer where details are missing. Record Won or Closed so the next person reviewing the list can understand the outcome.
Start with the right tools
Keep your existing website and add an enquiry-page link, or create a simple BookBizzy page. Straightforward appointments can be evaluated separately. The preview does not provide emergency dispatch, route planning or automatic travel-time scheduling.
Explore your own starting point
