Restaurants: a useful website before table booking
Help diners understand your restaurant and contact the team, while keeping reservation promises accurate.

Answer the first questions
Show the location, opening hours and reliable contact details. Keep menu information current and owner-approved. Describe how customers can ask about dining or private hire, without implying availability that has not been checked.
Make the enquiry promise clear
A saved dining enquiry is a request for follow-up. It is not a confirmed table. Ask customers to avoid sensitive personal information in the message; handle detailed requirements through your established process.
Keep a single reservation diary
Continue using the restaurant’s established reservation system or diary. BookBizzy does not currently calculate table capacity, table combinations, sitting times or group-event availability. A general appointment slot cannot safely stand in for those rules.
Use a simple follow-up process
Choose Restaurants during setup for the enquiry-first hospitality layout. Review incoming enquiries, assign a next action in notes and record whether the request was won or closed. Use fictional test submissions while email delivery remains disconnected.
Explore your own starting point
Keep your website or create a simple page. Use fictional details while testing the preview.
