Schools: organise admissions enquiries with adult contacts

An admissions page can make school visits easier to discuss without becoming a student information system.

Offer clear enquiry types

Describe admissions enquiries, school tours, admissions consultations and parent meetings using owner-approved details. Publish meeting durations or availability only where the school has confirmed the actual process.

Use parent or guardian contacts

Ask for an adult contact name, email and a brief message. Do not collect student records, medical details or documents in the general enquiry form. Keep the information requested proportionate to arranging a conversation.

Distinguish individual meetings from group tours

A one-person appointment workflow may fit an individual consultation. Group-tour capacity and school-wide scheduling require additional rules that are not implemented in the BookBizzy preview. Do not describe an enquiry as a reserved place.

Review access and follow-up

Only authorised business members should see enquiries. Test with fictional details, check saved records and review the next action. Use the school’s established communication process until notification delivery is verified.

Explore your own starting point

Keep your website or create a simple page. Use fictional details while testing the preview.
