Consultants: offer a clear first appointment
A useful consultation page says who the appointment is for, what it covers and what happens next.

Reviewed 20 October 2026 · BookBizzy working preview
Define the appointment
Give the service a specific name and a realistic duration. Explain the format and confirm the price or quotation approach. Do not imply that an introductory call includes work that is agreed separately.
Protect working time
Set the business timezone, minimum notice and booking horizon. Add buffers around meetings and check breaks. Preview availability from the customer’s perspective, especially when customers work in another timezone.
Keep your current website
A consultant can share a BookBizzy booking link from an existing website or email signature. Replacing the website is optional. Use enquiry capture instead where you need to assess scope before arranging a meeting.
Check readiness before switching
Try the saved appointment and management link with fictional data. Email sending and billing are not connected in the preview. Continue your established live workflow until the required delivery and operational checks have passed.
Explore your own starting point
Keep your website or create a simple page. Use fictional details while testing the preview.
