What we would collect
Your name, verified account email, market, languages, availability, relevant experience and reasons for applying. Reviewers can add relevant assessment notes and a record of stage changes. Do not include health information, identity documents, bank details or third-party customer details.
Why and who can see it
Alan Clark trading as Abneos Dynamic Marketing would use these details to assess your application and organise the selection process. Access is restricted to explicitly authorised recruitment reviewers. Business owners and other applicants do not gain access through a customer account.
Proposed retention
Application records are scheduled for deletion 180 days after submission, or within 30 days of withdrawal if sooner. Activation requires a tested deletion process; this draft does not mean a scheduler is running. An appointed partner would receive separate terms and privacy information for the ongoing relationship.
Your choices
You can view and withdraw your application in your account. For access, correction, deletion or a privacy concern, contact alan@abneos.com. Applications do not opt you into marketing. No automated hiring or eligibility decision is made.
