What Calendly offers

Calendly describes calendar connections, shareable scheduling links, website embeds, availability controls and team routing. Its scheduling tools suit businesses whose main need is arranging meetings.

What works in the BookBizzy preview

BookBizzy currently saves business setup, publishes a one-page website, captures enquiries and supports straightforward single-person appointments. Owners can keep an existing website and share links to these tools. Enquiry statuses and follow-up notes help organise the next action.

Release limits that affect the decision

BookBizzy is a private working preview, not an operational replacement for a mature scheduling service. Email jobs are held and billing is disconnected. Do not rely on it for live customer notifications. Photo uploads, custom domains and specialist hospitality reservations are not released. Proposed subscription prices are not final commercial terms.

A practical comparison

Test your calendar connection, buffers and routing requirements against the plan you intend to use. If you already have a website, adding a scheduling link may be enough. For BookBizzy, use fictional records to test onboarding, draft protection, a saved enquiry and the booking management journey. Compare the actual result, rather than a feature label.

Which starting point fits?

If you need live notifications or a specialist workflow today, verify an established product against that requirement. If you want to explore a website and enquiry workspace alongside simple appointments, review the BookBizzy preview. A new website is optional. There is no claim here that one product is best for every business.
